Santos Juggling Program

The Santos Coaching Staff will conduct a Monthly Juggling Test. We hope that each player will be self-motivated and make the commitment to improve their Individual Ball Skills. Our Juggling Tests and Rewards Program gives them a little push.

SANTOS JUGGLING GOALS

LEVEL 1: FOUNDATION JUGGLING

1) Right Foot – 10 Total Juggle Touches

2) Left Foot – 10 Total Juggle Touches

3) Right Thigh – 10 Total Juggle Touches

4) Left Thigh – 10 Total Juggle Touches

  • GOAL: Complete all 4 Areas of Level 1

Achieve the GOAL, earn a Bag Tag and your coach will “punch” your Card!

LEVEL 2: COMBINATION JUGGLING

1) Alternate Right & Left Foot – 10 Total Juggle Touches

2) Alternate Right & Left Thigh – 10 Total Juggle Touches

3) Alternate Right Foot & Right Thigh – 10 Total Juggle Touches

4) Alternate Left Foot & Left Thigh – 10 Total Juggle Touches

  • GOAL: Complete all 4 ares of LEVEL 2

Achieve the GOAL and your Coach will “punch” your Card!

LEVEL 3: IMAGINATION JUGGLING

1) High & Low (Juggle touch lower than the head, then juggle touch higher than the head. Use any body part) – 10 Total Juggle touches

2) Chest touch with Foot or Thigh touch – 10 total Juggle touches

3) Head Only – Juggle 10x

4) Over the Head – Low touch then Over the Head touch

  • GOAL: Complete all 4 areas of Level 3

Achieve the Goal and your Coach will “punch” your Card!

LEVEL 4: DOMINATION JUGGLING

1) Juggle on the move for 10 yards with Feet only

2) Juggle on the move for 10 yards with Thighs only

3) Juggle on the move for 10 yards with any body part

4) Juggle 60x in 60 seconds with any body part

  • GOAL: Complete all 4 areas of Level 4
