RSC Welcomes New Director of Coaching

Kevin Kratz Joins RSC

The City of Roswell Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs Department and the Roswell Soccer Club (RSC) Board of Directors is pleased to share that Kevin Kratz has joined the club as the new Director of Coaching. Born in Eschweiler, Germany, and raised in Germany, Kratz is a seasoned soccer professional and a dedicated academy coach. He most recently served as a coach in the Atlanta United Academy and previously played for Atlanta United.

Kevin starts Oct. 2. He will meet with the coaches soon and will start attending practices to meet our families and players. Additionally, and even more importantly, we will host a meet and greet event with food trucks and treats where he will share his vision for the short and long-term. We are finalizing the details of that event now and invite you all to make time to attend.

We know that Kevin’s energy and experience, paired with your dedication, will take our club to the next level.

Exciting News for Our Boys Program

Top Teams Join NPL

Roswell Soccer Club (RSC) is proud to announce that our U13 through U19 Boys’ Blue (top) teams have been accepted into the National Premier Leagues (NPL) for the 2024-2025 season. The acceptance to the South Atlantic Premier League allows the top teams to compete in the NCL and creates the opportunity for each age group and level to earn potential promotions into the next Southeastern Club Champions League (SCCL) levels.

RSC Select teams currently play in SCCL.

RSC Director of Coaching, Kevin Kratz, said, "We are excited to be part of the NPL (SAPL) and we strongly believe this is the right step for our club and our players to continue to develop. We are looking forward to the high level of competition that the NPL will provide for our club."

With more than 2,000 players combined in Kiddie Kickers, Recreational, Academy and Select teams, RSC is the largest sports organization in Roswell. Led by Kratz, a former Atlanta United player, in connection with the City Parks and Recreation Department, RSC offers the opportunity for children of all ages and backgrounds to participate in soccer.
